Olive oil produced from selected olives of three different local types: Matihuela, Cerezuela form Villlacarrillo and Royal of Cazorla. The Matihuela variety is cultivated exclusively by Molino de Casilda, making our extra virgin olive oil unique in the world. Collected at the end of October through mechanical processes with umbrella vibration, Extraction Method maximum four hours from collection.

Tasting notes

It’s a fresh and open olive oil with multiple nuances that define its complexity. Its fruity is intense with green tasting notes smoothened by other fruit aromas like banana and apple.
By nose: Intense fruitiness of green olive. Smell of tomato plant, just cut grass, green almond and banana skin.
By mouth: Medium to light bitterness and intense spiciness. Longlasting. We can find as most prominent sensations just cut wood together with aromatic plants.

We can appreciate the perfect blend that originate the varieties that make it up, being a combined reflection of vivid nuances that reflect an elegance that endures in our memory.
